  The old defensive Citadel is relatively intact. A great place to stroll or sit in the sunshine. The old buildings are used for a variety of exhibitions and concerts.

  Nice to walk around, citadel walls completely intact with pleasant surrounding park. Some areas you can get to the top & see the city.

  Pamplona is beautiful but try to avoid the running of the bulls event. Too many ugly tourists during this time.

  Nice big walled citadel. OK for walking, but nothing special. Buildings closed.

  This park was so beautiful! It was a delightfully fresh day where you could sit outside taking in the ancient architecture while journaling or watching the dogs play. I rather enjoyed how many families were there towards dinner time, walking with their children or kicking around a soccer ball. The Citadel itself has an excellent allure that you shouldn't miss if you are in Pamplona.
